If they spent 6 hours praying, they would be called fanatics. But would to God we would be fanatics for Him. I am guilty of too much time in the blogosphere- some days. I see it as one of those things where good things replace the best things.
If someone spent 6 hours a day in continuous prayer (as opposed to an attitude of prayer) every day, they would either be a professional Christian and could spend that length of time, or not of any use to God nor man.
